I am an engineer and I am close to retirement. I wasn't happy with the performance of my IRA that my financial planner was directing. While investigating other investment opportunities, I came across VREC and talked to the Principals about the investment projects they had available.
They explained his company vision and real estate investments available. He suggested I read the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" to help me have a better understanding of the investment strategies he had explained to me. I have since then changed my IRA to a self-directed IRA where I have more control.
I have found that the Principals complement each other, are honest, communicate well, and are very thorough when investigating possible investment properties. As an example, an offer of one property was reduced after completion of the due diligence inspection. To me, this gives me confidence that they are interested in maximizing the value of my investments.
I receive quarterly reports on my investments, which include income, expenses, and projected worth of the project. They also have meetings with all the investors to discuss the current situation as well as plans for future real estate projects. The investments have exceeded projections, as VREC projects conservative returns when talking with investors. I am very happy investing with Venture and would recommend them to other investors.
